Welcome New Teacher: Mrs. Dimorier

Please welcome Mrs. Erin Dimorier to McGraw Elementary as the Pre-Kindergarten Teacher:
"My name is Erin Dimorier, recently changed from Erin Patch, after getting married this summer.  My husband and I were high school sweethearts, both growing up in the McGraw community and attending McGraw from Elementary through High School. We got engaged in October 2016 and were recently married in July.  You may see my new husband, Justin, around the community, as a volunteer Firefighter with the Cortlandville Fire Department.  I graduated as the valedictorian of my high school class in 2009. After graduating, I went on to attend SUNY Fredonia where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Education and two of my teaching certificates.  Then my educational path brought me back home, where I attended SUNY Cortland and earned my Master’s Degree in Literacy Education and my third teaching certificate. Since then, I’ve taught in Hancock, one year in third grade, and Lansing, two years in second grade. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time playing and walking with our four year old Border Collie/American Eskimo, Samson.  He’s also a great soccer player!  I’m looking forward to becoming part of the staff in the McGraw school district as I begin teaching the new PreK program, and getting to know my students and their families in the community I was raised in."
