Grade 7 Social Studies

During a unit of study on Colonial America, the 7th grade students in Mrs. Goodwin's social studies classes spent the day before break playing traditional games from the time period. They used cipher wheels to decode messages, created words using alphabet blocks and the "posture master alphabet doll" and recreated the settlement of Jamestown using figurines. Educational and fun!
