Elementary Band

Four fifth-graders from McGraw Elementary were selected to participate in the 2019 Cortland All-County Elementary Band: Drew Thomas, Sarah Bergey, Zachary Moon, and Leah Nauseef. These four students spent several weeks learning three difficult band pieces in addition to their normal lesson work. They had the opportunity to join more than fifty other local students in a full-day rehearsal and evening concert on February 14 to prepare and present these pieces with a large ensemble. The students did a fine job in their own preparation and in representing McGraw Schools at the rehearsal and concert. Congratulations on all of your hard work!
