Welcome Ms. Mullins

Welcome new teacher, Ms. Kimberly Mullins, to the Elementary School.  She says, "I am very excited to be working in the community that I have been living in the last few years.  I am originally from Long Island and moved up to this area in 2005.  I am excited to get more involved in the community that I live in!"

She attended SUNY Cortland where she studied sociology and inclusive education.  She is certified for general education and students with disabilities grades 1-6.  "I have experience teaching in different environments including inclusive classrooms, self contained, and general education.  Before teaching I worked with at risk youth and I also work in mental health doing crisis evaluations," says Ms. Mullins.

In her free time she loves to travel to parks and hike around Central New York.  She enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.  She says, "I am lucky enough to be an aunt to my niece and nephew."
