Teaching Certification:

I have a Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY Cortland in teaching children birth through 6th grade.

I have a Master’s Degree from SUNY Cortland in Teaching Students with Disabilities grades 1-6.

Work Experience:

After my children went to school, I went back to work and got a job at OCM BOCES working as a teaching assistant for students with disabilities.  I was then hired by  Binghamton City Schools to teach 5th grade. I taught 5th for two years and then moved to 2nd grade.  After commuting back and forth to Binghamton, I decided I wanted to be closer to home and work in a smaller district like the town I grew up in and still live in today, so I applied to join the McGraw Family and I couldn’t have made a better choice!

Life and Interests:

I am a busy mom and spend a lot of my free time watching my children play sports. We especially love soccer and I organize and help coach travel leagues in the fall and spring.
When I'm not watching my kids play, I enjoy reading, camping, kayaking, and skiing.
