McGraw Central School District is conveniently located in Cortland County between Syracuse and Binghamton. The district has two academic buildings and houses approximately 575 students.  Pre-Kindergarten – Grade 5 are situated in the elementary building and grades 6-12 are in the MS/HS building. In addition, the district maintains its own transportation department and bus fleet.

Teacher
Full Time, 10-month position   

DUTIES: Responsible for all aspects of teaching regents level mathematics and corresponding AIS Mathematics Labs, including but not limited to the development and implementation of Common Core Learning Standards/Curriculum, instruction, assessment, student supervision, home/school communication, etc. Serve as collegial team member in a dynamic 6-12 educational setting. Maintain student records consistent with State and Federal regulations. Perform other duties as required. Proficiency and a desire to teach computer applications or computer science courses in addition to mathematics is preferred.

Bus Dispatcher
11 month position with competitive benefit package. (4 weeks off over summer)

Assists the Transportation Supervisor in the safe and efficient operation of the school district transportation program. Work involves dispatching drivers and school buses for the district and ensuring that all school district buses are staffed with drivers following established routes and prepared time schedules.  A regular bus run will be part of the dispatcher’s duties.
Eligible applicants will have high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma or three years of experience in school transportation or a related field such as commercial bus or truck transportation.
Eligibility for a CDL Class B and P endorsement license issued by the NYS DMV is required. Possession of the certificate is required within one year after appointment.
