Physical Education

Quality physical education programs are needed to increase the physical competence, health-related fitness, self-responsibility and enjoyment of physical activity for all students so that they can be physically active for a lifetime. We truly believe in quality programming and focus on many sports and acitivities throughout the year with an emphasis on fitness training. Our goal is to have our students leave here with an undertsanding on the importance of personal health and wellness and learn the tools to be fit for life!

Personal
I have been teaching here at McGraw since Febuary 2016 and is truly where I belong. Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my daughter Lyla, and other family and friends. I stay active by going on hikes, playing soccer and basketball and many other outdoor activities.
