Ms. V

Welcome to my page! I feel honored to have been a member of this school district for many years, first starting out as a substitute teacher, then a Special Education Teacher, and now one of the Pre-K teachers. I am a SUNY Cortland graduate and have dual certifications in Birth-6th grade as well as my certificate in Students with Disabilities. I obtained my masters in Special Education from Grand Canyon University. Besides teaching at McGraw, I have also taught in private developmental preschools, a Boces SED (Social and Emotional Disturbance) classroom, as well as the SKATE program (children with Autism) at both the elementary and middle school levels. These experiences solidified my experience in Special Education to better serve and understand the needs of all my students. My passions in education are children with ASD and early childhood.

A little bit about my non-educational life: My son, Dean, was born in 2021. I spend all my free time with him when I'm not working, he is the light of my life! We love to sing, dance, read, build legos, go see waterfalls, and watch movies. We have a black lab (Shiloh), and a big fat cat (Catniss).

Angeles National Forest - Happy Dr. Seuss Day!! Fanciful creatures and roundabout rhymes that changed the way we imagined the world. To include one of our favorites, The Lorax: “UNLESS someone like

Mrs. Streeter

My name is Clair Streeter and I have been a teacher's aide for McGraw schools since 2017, and Ms. V's classroom aide since 2019. I live right here in the village of McGraw with my husband Brian and daughter Evie. We have a dog named Emma and a cat named Sophie. One of my favorite things to do in Pre-K is craft in the art center. I also love doing Go Noodle breaks!
