Great Depression Dessert

 
Mrs. Langford and Ms. Goodwin's Social Studies class had a treat while studying the Great Depression era. Apple Pandowdy is a traditional dessert from this time period that was discussed in the book we read called "Out of the Dust" about the Dust Bowl in the midwest in the 1930's.
