McGraw Central School District Budget Vote 2026: May 19, 2026
The Board of Education has authorized the personal registration of voters for school district elections on a continuous basis. Voters may register with the District Clerk at the District Office, 10 West Academy St., McGraw, NY between the hours of 7:30 a.m and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays until the sixth day before the vote. Such voters names and addresses will be added to the voter register filed in the District Office.
Absentee Ballot Application and Early Mail Ballot Application - Please use a separate application for each vote/election.
Applications must not be received earlier than 30 days before the vote.
Applications must be received in the office of the District Clerk seven (7) days prior to the vote in order for the ballot to be mailed to the applicant. Applications must be received in the office of the District Clerk not later than the day before the vote if the ballot is to be hand delivered to the applicant.
Absentee Ballots must be received in the office of the District Clerk by 5:00 p.m. on the day of the vote.
Military Ballot Application - must be received in the office of the District Clerk no later than 5:00 p.m. on the 26th day before the election.

Invitation For Bids:
The McGraw Central School District invites sealed bids for their Capital Project for General Contractors which includes replacement to the existing Elementary School freezer and cooler. Bids will be accepted by the Owner until, no later than, 10:00 AM local time on April 17th, 2026. Bids shall be delivered to the front office at the High School entrance addressed to Troy Bilodeau, Superintendent, 10 West Academy Street, McGraw NY 13101
Bids will be opened publicly, directly after the bid acceptance and read aloud in the High School Conference Room. Complete set Contract Documents may be obtained by contacting Highland Associates.
