Fourth graders in Ms. Williams's and Mr. King's rooms have started off the year learning about how energy can transfer in a system in Science class. The students have been investigating motion, sound, light, and heat energy. They have been creating systems, identifying variables that can change the amount of energy, and using toy cars and ramps to test these predictions. They are rolling into a great start to the new school year!
