Kate Thornton from WSYR News Channel 9 in Syracuse visited Mrs. Ripley's grade 6 Science classes. Kate shared how she became interested in meteorology and what her job as a meteorologist involves. She talked about how the atmosphere works and what she does to be able to forecast the weather.
