In Science 7, students have been learning about adaptations during their Evolution unit. An adaptation is a characteristic that an organism has that helps it survive. In class, they will discuss the English Peppered Moths and their adaptation of camouflage to help them survive. Each student in the 3rd period class hid 1 or 2 butterflies around the room, and colored them to have background matching camouflage.
