Ms. Shatskikh’s third grade class turned Earth Day into a day of action and discovery! After doing research on the various ways to protect the environment, from recycling to conservation, the students took their mission outside.
During recess, these dedicated young students rolled up their sleeves and worked together to collect litter around the school. To showcase their hard work and findings, the class created an "Our Planet, Our Earth" display featuring original artwork and tips for going green.
Kudos to these third graders for leading by example and showing that you're never too young to make a difference for our planet!
