On Wednesday, October 28, seventeen students represented McGraw High School in the Cortland County All-County Bands Festival at Cortland High School. This was just the second festival for junior and senior high band students since 1997. Students were accepted based on last year's NYSSMA score, music resume, and teacher recommendation.
